Terms of Service

1. The service

ResumePro™ (askresumepro.com), operated by Blitz AI Agents, LLC ("we", "us"), provides AI-assisted résumé and cover letter drafting, scoring, export, and application tracking.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• The Free plan covers one complete job opportunity and requires no payment method.
• Quick Start is a one-time payment of $9.95 for the access described at checkout.
• Career Plus ($19.95/month) and Career Pro ($29.95/month) renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the résumés, career details, and other material you provide, and of the documents ResumePro™ generates for you. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that content to operate the service. You confirm that the information you supply about your own history is accurate.

5. AI output

ResumePro™ generates drafts and scores using AI. Output may contain errors and should be reviewed before you send it to an employer. Scores are guidance, not a guarantee of an interview, a job offer, or a passing result in any specific applicant tracking system.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use ResumePro™ to fabricate qualifications, employment, or credentials.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or another person's data without their consent.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or overload the service.
• Do not use the service for anything unlawful.

7. Availability

We aim to keep ResumePro™ available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost opportunities, lost earnings, or indirect damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using ResumePro™ and close your account at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination continue to apply.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Blitz AI Agents, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions go to support@askresumepro.com.
