Neither solves the actual problem, which is that every posting asks for something slightly different, and rewriting a résumé for each one by hand is exhausting.

What we will not do

• We do not invent jobs, titles, dates, degrees, or results you did not have.
• We do not use the job description as a source of facts about you — only as a guide for what to emphasize and which terms to use.
• We score every draft for overclaim risk, so anything that stretches past your history gets flagged before you send it.
• We do not sell your résumé data or share it with recruiters or advertisers.
